Dear friends of La Casita
I want to share with you this video, which is a project that I was asked to do at the end of the collaborative leadership course that Sr. Maria Elena Mendez and me took. This video synthesizes what I was discovering in myself, the lights and shadows in the experience of my leadership lived in these 10 years of service in “La Casita” (Guadalupan Social Services) It is an offering of Gratitude to God, to my community with whom we work in team and so many volunteers who make these services possible; at the end I can only say “GOD HAS DONE EVERYTHING”
I also thank the sisters of my community whom I asked to help answer some questions for our final project, their answers gave a lot of light to our project.
If we all live our personal leadership from where we are, we can renew our communities and make the Kingdom of God present.
